We may use aggregate data to develop a profile of the general population of our users for use in business development and communication with partners or clients. However, in no way will LeagueConvener share personal information with any third party. We disclose, only in aggregate form, our statistical analyses or demographics of users to third parties, such as sponsors or business partners. This aggregate information does not include names, email addresses or any other individual-specific or identifying information. LeagueConvener partners may be given the opportunity to email special promotional offers/messages to an anonymous group of users, however, users will received these messages only if they have provided consent by "opting in" and can opt out at any time. No names, email addresses or any other information is shared.

Website Usage: LeagueConvener uses standard log files to analyze website traffic. Any information we collect is used for internal purposes to improve the content, features or overall service of the website. We do not use personal information for any reason that is not disclosed in this privacy policy. LeagueConvener uses session and persistent cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify uses while they are logged in. League administrators have password-protected access to their databases through secured Internet encryption technologies. LeagueConvener is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Users and visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others web sites to understand their policies.
